Privacy Policy
This policy explains what On Quota collects when you visit this site or apply for the free 30-day group, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. It is written to the GDPR standard, and we apply that same standard to everyone regardless of where you live.
Who we are
On Quota is a trading name operated by Marvin Brucher, and is the data controller for the personal data described here. For anything relating to your data, including requests to see or delete it, contact privacy@on-quota.com. We aim to respond within 30 days.
What we collect

We do not ask for and do not want sensitive information: no financial account details, no health data, no government identifiers. Please do not put any of that into the form's free-text boxes.
Cookies and the Meta pixel
This site uses the Meta pixel (pixel ID 1583080943528623), a piece of Facebook's code that loads when you open the page. It tells Meta that a browser visited this site and whether an application was submitted. Meta may match that to your Facebook or Instagram account if you have one, which lets us measure our advertising and show ads to people similar to our visitors.
This is the only tracking on the site. There is no Google Analytics, no session recording, and no advertising network other than Meta.
You can stop it:
- Adjust what Meta does with your activity at Meta's Ad Preferences.
- Block cookies for this site in your browser settings, or use a tracker-blocking extension. The page works fine without them.
- Opt out of interest-based advertising at optout.aboutads.info or youronlinechoices.eu.
Our legal basis
- Your application is processed on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form, and to take steps at your request before entering an arrangement with you.
- Advertising measurement is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding whether our advertising works. You can object to this at any time using the opt-outs above or by emailing us.
Who else sees it
We keep the list short and we do not sell your data to anyone.
- Netlify hosts this site and receives form submissions on our behalf.
- Meta Platforms, Inc. receives the pixel data described above.
- WhatsApp (owned by Meta) is used to follow up with applicants, if you gave us your number.
Some of these providers are based in the United States, so your data may be transferred outside the UK and EEA. Where that happens, the transfer relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
How long we keep it
Applications are kept for up to 24 months from submission so we can consider you for later rounds, then deleted. If you ask us to delete your application sooner, we will. Pixel data is retained by Meta according to their own policies, which we do not control.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, or object to it being used for advertising. You can withdraw consent at any time, which does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it. Email privacy@on-quota.com and we will action it.
If you are in the EEA or UK and think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to your national data protection authority. If you are in California, you have the right to know what we collect, to delete it, and not to be discriminated against for asking. We do not sell personal information as that term is defined under California law.
Children
This site is for working adult sales professionals. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will say so on the page.
